Booked two trips to China Sichan and Hunan in late 2016 and it was the worst tours; we prepaid tips but when we got there the tour guide said the tips were not for her and the driver. On each tour, we went to three shopping factories per day (we spent two-four hours in each factories) and we were forced to buy silks, jewelry etc. So for a 7 day tour, we went to about 15 shopping factories; we only spent two full days sight-seeing.
We were pressured to pay tips ($200 RMB/$100 RMB) to tour guide and drivers for each tour.

The optional tours were extensive and not optional. The tour guide force us to buy all the optional tours. one family refused to buy the optional tour, they were threaten to throw out the bus.

We were in the same group with another couple; their package included more optional tours but the tour guide refuse to give them the included tours. They came in and argued inside my room.

One tour include free transporation to airport but on the way back to the airport the driver make us paid for tow.
